Executive Summary of the Draft EIS

File 1: Executive Summary. This file is the executive summary of the Draft EIS. This file is approximately 13 megabytes.

Main Body of the Draft EIS

File 2: Draft EIS (Body). This file is the main body for the Draft EIS. It contains the description of the Proposed Action and alternatives, affected environment, and environmental consequences. This file is approximately 28 megabytes.

Appendices of the Draft EIS

File 3: Draft EIS (Appendices A to D). This file contains the public scoping materials (Appendix A), a draft agreement with the State of Texas for air emission limitations (Appendix B), noise supporting documentation (Appendix C), and aircraft noise mitigation and adaptive management information (Appendix D). This file is approximately 40 megabytes.

File 4: Draft EIS (Appendix E, Part 1). Appendix E contains supporting documentation for air emission calculations. This appendix has been separated into four parts because of its page length and file size. This file is approximately 49 megabytes.

File 5: Draft EIS (Appendix E, Part 2). This file is approximately 48 megabytes.

File 6: Draft EIS (Appendix E, Part 3). This file is approximately 44 megabytes.
